1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 5rrrr platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and each registered user ("Member", "you"). By creating an account on 5rrrr or using any service on the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each person may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be cancelled and the associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

3.2 Account Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Payment methods currently accepted at 5rrrr: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is added to the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless instructed otherwise.

4.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Suspension

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

5rrrr's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5.4 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Abuse of the bonus system (for example: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, artificial bets or coordinated betting) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets may be cancelled before they are finalised. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. 5rrrr reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

6.2 Match Results and Dispute Resolution

Bets will be settled based on the official result announcement. In case of a dispute, 5rrrr's decision will be considered final. Any complaints regarding results must be reported to our live chat support within 24 hours.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Bets related to match-fixing or corruption.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting).
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform for an advantage.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

5rrrr may close or suspend an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Registration with false information.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Due to a legal obligation.

If fraud is proven, all balances in the account may be forfeited.

12 Dispute Resolution and Legal Jurisdiction
